1  לָמָּה רָגְשׁוּ גֹויִם וּלְאֻמִּים יֶהְגּוּ רִֽיק׃
lā·māh rāgəš·u goiīɱ u·lə·eūmīiɱ ięhâg·u rəōiq . 
How-more furious His nations and to people conceited Him spitting?

2  יִתְיַצְּבוּ ׀ מַלְכֵי-אֶרֶץ וְרֹוזְנִים נֹֽוסְדוּ-יָחַד עַל-יְהוָה וְעַל-מְשִׁיחֹֽו׃ 
iī·tə·iē·ţə·vu ׀ mēlâcëi-eërëţ—uə·rōuzânīiɱ nōu·sâdu-iā·ĥēd aēl-Iəhuāh uə·aēl-Məšīiĥō·U  .
It will bounce country-sovereigns—and leaders take United-Council to Iəhuah and to His Messiah (His Anointed) .

3  נְֽנַתְּקָה אֶת-מֹֽוסְרֹותֵימֹו וְנַשְׁלִיכָה מִמֶּנּוּ עֲבֹתֵֽימֹו׃
nə·nētâqāh aët-mōusârōutë·i·mōu uə·nēšəlīicāh mīmë·nu aăvōtéi·mōu  .
We will grind all-links! You! And we will throw among us ropeness! You!

4  יֹושֵׁב בַּשָּׁמַיִם יִשְׂחָק אֲדֹנָי יִלְעַג-לָֽמֹו׃ 
iīu·šëv bē·šāmēiīɱ iī·sə·ĥāq Aădōnāi iī·lī·aēg-lā·mōu  .
Let Him sit in heaven to ridicule, Aădonai to mock them! You!
 
5  אָז יְדַבֵּר אֵלֵימֹו בְאַפֹּו וּֽבַחֲרֹונֹו יְבַהֲלֵֽמֹו׃
eāz iə·dēbër eëlë·i·mōu və·eēfō·u uə·vē·ĥărōunō·u iə·vēhălé·mōu  .
Then to talk about it! You! And His Fury! And to His anger! To terrify! You!

 6  וַאֲנִי נָסַכְתִּי מַלְכִּי עַל-צִיֹּון הַר-קָדְשִֽׁי׃
uē·eănī·i nāsēcâtī·i Mēlâcī·I aēl-Ţīiīōuɳ Hēr-Qādâšō·i   .
And Me-Myself will exalt My Sovereign over-Tzion My Holy-Mountain.

7  אֲסַפְּרָה אֶֽל-חֹק יְֽהוָה אָמַר אֵלַי בְּנִי אַתָּה אֲנִי הַיֹּום יְלִדְתִּֽיךָ׃ 
eăsēfârāh eël-ĥōq Iəhuāh eāmēr eëlē·i bânī·i aētāh—Eănī·i hē·iōuɱ iə·līdâtiī·kā  .
Will proclaim at-decision, Iəhuah sais over-Me: My-Child Thou—Today to born You.

8  שְׁאַל מִמֶּנִּי—וְאֶתְּנָה גֹויִם נַחֲלָתֶךָ וַאֲחֻזָּתְךָ אַפְסֵי-אָֽרֶץ׃ 
šəeēl mī·mënī·i—uə·aęt·nāh gōuiīɱ nēĥălātę·kā uē·eăĥūzātə·kā eēfâsëiī-eāręţ  .
 Ask from-myself-My—and even she nations Your inheritance and Your possession edging-earth.

9  תְּרֹעֵם בְּשֵׁבֶט בַּרְזֶל כִּכְלִי יֹוצֵר תְּנַפְּצֵֽם׃
tə·rōaëɱ bə·šëvęt bē·râzęl cīcəlī·i iōuţër tə·nēfâţéɱ  .
Will crush in iron, in staff potter's pot will crumble.

10  וְעַתָּה מְלָכִים הַשְׂכִּילוּ הִוָּסְרוּ שֹׁפְטֵי אָֽרֶץ׃
uə·aētāh mâlāchiɱ hē·šchilu hī·uāsâru šōfet·i eāręţ  .
And ye sovereigns, the attentive trained judges of earth.
 
11  עִבְדוּ אֶת-יְהוָה בְּיִרְאָה וְגִילוּ בִּרְעָדָֽה׃
aībâdu aët-Iâhuāh bə·iīrâeāh uə·gīilu bī·râoādāh  .
Obeying even-Iâhuah in fear and cheerfuling in tremble.

12  נַשְּׁקוּ-בַר פֶּן-יֶאֱנַף וְתֹאבְדוּ דֶרֶךְ—כִּֽי-יִבְעַר כִּמְעַט אַפֹּו אַשְׁרֵי כָּל-חֹוסֵי בֹֽו׃ 
nešəqu-bēr fęn-ię·eănēf uî·tōevîdu dęrę·kə—chi-iī·bəoēr cīməoēt eēfōu eēšərëi cāl-ĥōusëi vō·u  .
Kissing-Son without anger and forbading your ways—that to perish lit just angering. Happiness each-trustness Him.
