1 לַמְנַצֵּחַ בִּנְגִינֹות עַֽל-הַשְּׁמִינִית מִזְמֹור לְדָוִֽד׃
lē·mânēţéĥē bī·nəgīinōut aēl-hē·šəmīinīit mī·zâmōur lə·Dāuīd .
To conductor in neginout (chords) to the listener: To sing to David.
2 יְֽהוָה אַל-בְּאַפְּךָ תֹוכִיחֵנִי וְֽאַל-בַּחֲמָתְךָ תְיַסְּרֵֽנִי׃
Iəhuāh eël-bə·eēfə·Kə tōucīiĥânī·i uī·eël-bēĥămət·kā təiēsârīnī·i .
Iəhuāh neither in Your anger rebuke me and neither chastise me tormenting me (thirsting me).
3 חָנֵּנִי יְהוָה כִּי אֻמְלַל אָנִי רְפָאֵנִי יְהוָה כִּי נִבְהֲלוּ עֲצָמָֽי׃
ĥānënī·i Iəhuāh cīi eīmâlēl-eănī·i râfāeënī·i Iəhuāh—cī·i nī·bəhălu oăţāmā·i .
Favour me Iəhuāh, that will poor me! Relax me Iəhuāh—that will vexe my bones!
4 וְנַפְשִׁי נִבְהֲלָה מְאֹד וְאַתְּ כ (וְאַתָּה ק) יְהוָה עַד-מָתָֽי׃
uē·nēfəšī·i nī·bəhălāh məeōd uə·Aētə c (uə·eētāh q) Iəhuāh aēd-mātā·i .
And my soul will trouble much and You Iâhuāh until stretched me.
5 שׁוּבָה יְהוָה חַלְּצָה נַפְשִׁי הֹושִׁיעֵנִי לְמַעַן חַסְדֶּֽךָ׃
šuvāh Iəhuāh ĥēlâţāh nēfəšī·i hōušīiaënī·i lə·mē·aēɳ ĥēsâđë·Kā .
Return Iəhuāh extract my soul save me for Your mercy.
6 כִּי אֵין בַּמָּוֶת זִכְרֶךָ בִּשְׁאֹול מִי יֹֽודֶה-לָּֽךְ׃
cīi eëiɳ bē·māuęt zīcârę·kā bī·šəeōul mī·i iīu·dęh-lā·Kə .
That aint in death Your remembrance, in grave (be·sheoul) who me to know You.
7 יָגַעְתִּי בְּֽאַנְחָתִי אַשְׂחֶה בְכָל-לַיְלָה מִטָּתִי בְּדִמְעָתִי עַרְשִׂי אַמְסֶֽה׃iā·gēoətī·i bə·eēnəĥātī·i—eēsəĥęh bə·cāl-lēiəlāh mī·ṭātī·i bə·dī·məoātī·i aērâsī·i eēməsëh .
To be weary in my sigh I will wash myself every night
my bedding
In my tears
my bed (swing me)
I will dissolve.
8 עָֽשְׁשָׁה מִכַּעַס עֵינִי עָֽתְקָה בְּכָל-צֹורְרָֽי׃oāšəšāh mī·cēaēs aëinī·i oātəqāh bə·cāl-ţurərā·i .
Consumption of distress my eye aging in all-my jumpt.
9 סוּרוּ מִמֶּנִּי כָּל־פֹּעֲלֵי אָוֶן כִּֽי-שָׁמַע יְהוָה קֹול בִּכְיִֽי׃
suru mī·męnī·i cāl-fōaălëi eāōuęɳ cīi-šəmēa Iəhuāh qōul bə·cii .
Depart from me
all-workers wickedness that listens Iəhuāh whatever
in
weeping.
10 שָׁמַע יְהוָה תְּחִנָּתִי יְהוָה תְּֽפִלָּתִי יִקָּֽח׃
šāmēa Iəhuāh təĥīnātī·i Iəhuāh təfīlātī·i iī·qāĥ .
Listen Iəhuāh my suplication Iəhuāh my prayer to take.
11 (6:11) יֵבֹשׁוּ וְיִבָּהֲלוּ מְאֹד כָּל־אֹיְבָי יָשֻׁבוּ יֵבֹשׁוּ רָֽגַע׃ië·bōšu uə·iī·bāhăleu məeōd—cāl-eōiəvāi iā·šuvu ië·vōšu rāgēa .
To ashame and to troubled much any my enemies; To turn, to ashame instantly.
