The Aramaic Peshitta (Classical Syriac: ܦܫܺܝܛܬܳܐ‎ or ܦܫܝܼܛܬܵܐ pâšīṭtāe) is the standard version of the Bible for believers in the Syriac language.
The believers are called syrianae meshiatae.
